The Fromagerie de Peisey production workshop is located in La Chenarie. It is easily accessible (10 minutes on foot from the Nancroix bus stop). Attention: the workshop is not located in the same place as the GAEC Alpin farm! Follow the signs to the workshop!
It is possible to visit the workshop of the Fromagerie de Peisey and to discover the secrets of Beaufort, Raclette and Tomme cheese making every Wednesday at 5pm (only during the winter season). The whole team of the Peisey Cheese Factory will have the pleasure of sharing with you their trade and much more, a passion! Free registration required in the Tourist Offices of Peisey-Vallandry.
From June 15 to July 15 (approximately) and from September 1 to October 1 (approximately),
free visit to the pasture possible all day, except between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.
From July 15 to September 1, 2nd chalet, in Entre-deux-Nants, visit of the pasture by reservation.
From October 1 to June 15, close at La Chenarie. Follow the GAEC Alpin signs. Milking cows every day between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Guided tour of the farm possible by reservation. Free access.

"La Fromagerie de Peisey" was created in 2021 and brings together 3 farms in the Peisey-Nancroix valley: the EARL les chèvres de Sainte-Agathe, the GAEC de l'Aliet and the GAEC Alpin.
