Reda will help you experience the magic of this activity. Anyone can try it, in a one-to-one lesson or as a group activity with friends or family.
From introductory lessons to more advanced improver sessions, the personalised guidance ensures you make progress and widen your scope. Fulfil your goals thanks to accurate assesments and made-to-measure solutions.
One-to-one coaching or lessons in small groups of 4 participants maximum. One-off introductory sessions or bespoke courses of several lessons. Freediving activities come in several forms:
- static freediving, remaining motionless underwater to escape and let go, for sensations similar to those experienced in sophrology.
- dynamic freediving, swimming to experience incredible sensations as you move through the water.
- and, of course, freefall diving in the depths of the lake.
Discover freefall diving as seen in The Big Blue, or just the magic of freediving in a lake.
Anyone can enjoy the incredible health benefits of freediving. So get in touch with Reda and book your slot!

About
Profile
I have been in love with water since I was a child and met other freediving enthusiasts and the adventure was born: the creation of the first club in the region, the first children's section, and then the training of athletes whose results have taken them to national and international levels.
I see training as a balance between the development of technical skills, physiological training, mental support and material performance. It is with this vision of harmony that I have trained high level competitors or accompanied beginners in their progression.
I have created the Reda Apnea & Swim structure. Through it I wish to share my passion for freediving and nature.
