1/ Depuis le parking en dessous de La Lance. Suivre le canal de Valezan jusqu’à Lance. Puis prendre le sentier à gauche pour rejoindre le canal de Valezan jusqu’aux Halles puis bifurquer à droite pour reprendre le GR5 longeant le canal des chapelles. Rejoindre La lance puis le point de départ.
2/ Depuis le parking des Pars prendre le sentier en bas du chalet en direction de La Lance. Peu avant la Lance, prendre à gauche et suivre le canal de Valezan en direction des Halles. Retour par le canal des Chapelles sur le GR5, La Lance et le parking des pars.
3/ La boucle peut se faire au départ du parking de la chapelle St Guérin. Suivez le canal de Valezan et retour par le canal des Chapelles.

• Wear good shoes and clothes that are suitable for the mountains.
• Take with you: sun cream, hat, sunglasses, warm clothes and rain gear, a mobile phone in case of problems.
• Take a map with you. This map is given as an indication, it does not replace the IGN maps.

• Stay on the marked paths and avoid mowed fields.
• Respect the environment.
• Watch out for herds of animals, keep your dog on a lead.
• Please take your rubbish away with you.
