The Toussuire residence, n°109 on the resort map, is a small 4-storey residence without lift, located at the very beginning of the main shopping street, 150m from the main slopes, a stone's throw from the bakery, the Tourist Office and the 2 kindergartens of the ESI and ESF.

Opposite this is also the new Les Lutins area, which offers 2 free ski runs for beginners with a covered conveyor belt, and a secure sledge run.

Every week, the resort offers a variety of activities, including dog sledding, paragliding, a natural ice rink, snowmobiling for adults and children, a first ride in a snow groomer, and safe walking tours, including one at the top of a chairlift offering a breathtaking view... so much fun for non-skiers!
But also in summer, archery, hiking tours to do alone or accompanied, fishing, tubing, gyropode ride....

and a beautiful, very bright living room with a south-facing balcony, including an express sofa bed offering a very good quality 140x190 bed,

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax is included in the rental price as well as the charges.
