Chalet L'Tavé

In a large chalet type house, gite of 135m² arranged on several 1/2 levels. 2 car garage, garden, 3 terraces, balconies. A small year-round accommodation is also present in the house. Independent entrance (by the garages or by external stairs from the car park). The owners live in the neighboring chalet.
Entrance hall. Integrated kitchen (washing machine), dining area (balcony and garden access). Living room with television.
5 bedrooms on the different levels. Bedroom 1 (2 90x190cm beds, tv, terrace access, bathroom/wc with hip bath), bedroom 2 (2 twin 80x190cm beds, desk, balcony access), bedroom 3 (1 140x190cm bed, balcony access, shower area and wc ), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm, terrace access), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm, tv). Bathroom (shower). 2 separate toilets.
In total, 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 shower area and 4 toilets, 2 of which are independent. Consult the detailed description sheet for the details of the 1/2 levels.
Central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds made. Optional end-of-stay cleaning (cleaning deposit requested).

Presence of the secondary road between Thônes and the center of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt (leading to the resorts of Aravis) below the gite. Center of the village of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt (shops) at 700m. Skiing: Aravis resorts with La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand at 4km, free shuttle in season at 900m. Toboggan runs and tow rope 300m away, pedestrian walk on groomed trail in winter, hiking trails in summer. Thônes at 8km, Lake Annecy 21km, Annecy 27km.
