Large picture window with magnificent view of the mountains and the village of Grand-Bornand, balcony-terrace access. Fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper half-level, 2 bedrooms: entrance to the gîte, bedroom 1 parental (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom / wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bunk bed 90x200cm). Shower room, separate wc.
South-facing balcony / terrace, mountain and village view, garden furniture, deckchairs, planck. Laundry room / independent ski room with washing machine. Private parking.
Chalet located between the center of the village and Chinaillon, shuttle stop less than 100m from the cottage. Center of Grand-Bornand, shops, restaurants, swimming pool 1.3km. Ski: La Joyère and Le Rosay cable cars in the village at 1.8km or ski lifts at Chinaillon at 4.5km. Many summer and / or winter activities in the resort and the Aravis: swimming pools, skating rink, via ferrata, golf, hiking (departure from the trails at 50m). Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 6km, Annecy 32km. Thônes at 13km.
