In an old Savoyard chalet completely restored, high quality services for this gite of 133m² (+19m² attic) arranged on the top level (2nd floor). Access to the gîte by internal stairs or directly from the back of the chalet (depending on the snow cover) from the parking lot and terrace located on the same level as the gîte (separate entrance). The chalet also includes 3 other gites on the lower level.
Entrance hall, storage room with boot dryer. Very nice living room with integrated kitchen open to living room. Bay window overlooking the large terrace with a view of the ski slopes in winter. Reduced with washing machine and dryer.
4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 and 2 each with 1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room, balcony access; bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x200cm, balcony access. Bedroom 4 with sloping ceilings on the mezzanine (closed) with 2 80x200cm beds and 1 160x200cm bed. Television in each bedroom. Bathroom. 2 separate toilets.
