2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate toilets. Washing machine and dryer. Cellar.
In front of the gite: private terrace in front of the gite with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, garden (flat on the first part then sloping ground - not secure).
Private parking in the courtyard on the upper part of the chalet (in winter, parking on the top of the property - 2 reserved spaces). Local skis - bikes.
Wifi internet access. Central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, end of stay cleaning optional.
Center of the village of Abondance 1km away: shops, services, restaurants, summer and winter entertainment. Plagnes lake 4km away.
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil area: Abondance 1km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 7km, Chatel 12km. Shuttle 1.5 km to the center of Abondance. Recreational ski/sledge area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermal baths 28km away. Numerous hikes around the gite and in the Abondance valley.
Provide snow equipment in winter.
