Duplex in Chalet de la Traie

Welcome to the “Duplex de la Traie”! Our apartment occupies the first and last floor of an authentic village house dating from 1887. It has undergone an in-depth renovation while retaining its charm and authenticity and has just received the "Meribel Label" 4 *.

In the heart of the historic village of Les Allues, the chalet is located in the 3 Valleys ski area (Méribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens); it is only a few minutes walk from the 3 Valleys ski lift, shops and restaurants.

With a surface area of ​​over 120m², with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room of over 40m², it is ideal for family holidays of up to 9 people.

On the first floor, it consists of a ski room and 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (bath + shower),
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (shower),
- 1 large dormitory with 2 bunk beds, a trundle bed, a balcony and an adjoining bathroom (shower and double sink).
The 3 bedrooms have smart TVs.

On the second floor, a large living room of more than 40m² with lounge, dining room and an open kitchen will allow you to share friendly moments.

- Sheets with beds made upon your arrival
- Towels
- 1 comfort cleaning in the middle of the stay during the ski season,
- Cleaning at the end of your stay.

Arrival on Saturday at 5 p.m. and departure on Saturday at 10 a.m.

- 9 minutes walk from the L’Olympe cable car taking you to Chaudanne in less than 10 minutes,
- 350m from the shuttle which leads to the ski area,

- less than 300m from 3 restaurants and 1 pub.
