The hike begins with a forest path, then crosses the alpine pasture past the Chalets d'Ouzon to the Col Plan Champ, then a path climbs gradually until you reach the chain-linked chimney that leads to the summit just above.
Made up of large boulders, the summit is quite aerial without being vertiginous.

1/ Start from the Col du Corbier parking lot
2/ Cross the road and take the metal staircase
3/ Turn right at the top of the staircase
4/ A few metres further on, take the right-hand track towards Col Plan Champ.
5/ Stay on the track as far as Chalets d'Ouzon.
6/ Continue on the track to reach Col Plan Champ.
7/ At Col Plan Champ, take the path behind the chalet.
8/ Stay on the path until you reach an isolated tree, then a rocky corridor equipped with a chain.
9/ Climb the rocky corridor
10/ At the end of the corridor, climb to the right to reach the summit.
Return along the same path
Set off early in the morning or late in the day to admire the sunrise or sunset over Lake Geneva from the summit of Mont Ouzon. A breathtaking image that lovers of beautiful landscapes won't soon forget!

- Choose your route according to your physical condition and the weather conditions.
- Follow the instructions for signposting.
- Don't set off too late in the afternoon, to make sure you're back before dark.
- Take sufficient food and water with you. Mountain sports require a lot of energy.
Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the presence of herds.
