The church dominates the village, and it imposes some! The impressive building is flanked by the typical Haut-Maurienne steeple with a stone spire.
Another characteristic local element: the vestibule, which protects from the cold. Here, it opens onto three naves housing the works of local sculptors: Sébastien Rosaz and Bernard Flandin de Termignon, assisted by Jean Simond, de Bramans. The many altarpieces they have produced compete in beauty. But it is the central panel in polychrome carved wood of the Rosary altarpiece that attracts attention with its play of light and the delicacy of its realization… what emerges completely dazzled!

It was in the 17th century that the small 13th century building became the imposing building it is today: its five carved, gilded and polychrome wooden altarpieces make it one of the most remarkable churches in the Maurienne. Let yourself be seduced!
