The Pralognan grain mills: these two small traditional buildings, made of dry stones and slate roofs, are characterized by their dug wooden water supply channel.
One grinds the grain, the other is converted into a museum.
They are equipped with a single set of grinding wheels and a horizontal impeller. The wheat is still grinded there as in the old days.
