The chalet is located next to the owners' chalet in a quiet area of the village, while being close to shops and ski lifts.
In winter, the chalet faces a toboggan run as well as the end of the 'La Bérieu' ski run (return 'skis in' depending on snow conditions).
On the 1st floor (access by external steps): fitted kitchen open to living room (sofas, TV, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, private bathroom with shower), separate toilet, laundry area.
2nd floor: bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed + 2 90x190cm beds, TV), bedroom 3 (1 160x200cm bed + 1 90x190cm bed, TV), bedroom 4 (1 160x200cm bed + 1 90x190cm bed, TV), 2 shower rooms with shower and wc.
Balconies on the 1st and 2nd floor, large covered West terrace accessible from the living room with garden furniture and plancha.

On-site parking on the ground floor (two spaces, one of which is covered, are included, a third on request). Private ski and bicycle room located on the ground floor.

Morillon gondola at 400m: access to the Grand Massif ski area including the resorts of Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265 km of slopes).
Beginners slope on site depending on snow conditions. Cross-country ski trail and snowshoe trails nearby.
Lac Bleu leisure center 600m away: summer swimming, horse riding, tree climbing, tennis etc...
Village of Samoëns 4km away, swimming pool, ice rink. Many hikes nearby all seasons or in the Fer-A-Cheval reserve 17km away.
