Gîte (93m2) on one level, on the garden level of a very beautiful chalet-style house also including another gîte upstairs.
Common entrance at the back of the house (flat path).
In the gîte: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (TV, sofa, dining area), bedroom 1 (1 140x190cm bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet).
Bedroom 2 (2 90x190cm bunk beds), bedroom 3 (2 90x190cm beds which can be combined on request into a large 180cm bed), separate bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
For your comfort, sheets are included (beds made on arrival).
Laundry room, and large private garage. Wifi internet.
The cottage has a private South-East and South-West terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, and electric barbecue.
In addition to parking in the garage, you have the possibility of parking your vehicle in the courtyard in front of the garage.
The wood stove visible in the photos is not accessible to customers.
Supermarket 800m away. Center of Megève 1.5km (3 minutes by car): restaurants, Casino and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, ice rink, well-being, etc.).
Skiing 750m away in winter (Jaillet cable car): Megève/Combloux/La Giettaz ski area. Princess cable car 2.5 km away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area).
Summer swimming at the Combloux biotope lake (facing Mont-Blanc) 4km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 14km away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the all-season area (on foot or on snowshoes).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes by car, Geneva 1 hour, Annecy and Yvoire (Lake Geneva) 1 hour 15 minutes.
