Entrance to the living room including an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, table for 4 people, etc.), a living room with TV and sofa. Corridor giving access to bedroom 1 (2 twin 70x190cm beds, storage, private bathroom with double sink and shower). Separate WC.
Staircase leading to the first floor including bedroom 2 (160x200 cm bed, 2 armchairs and coffee table, storage chest of drawers, bathroom with sink and bathtub). Laundry room with baby equipment, fan, washing machine.
Sheets provided and beds made upon your arrival. Household and bathroom linen included. End of stay cleaning possible as an option.
Independent access to the accommodation via an external spiral staircase (narrow) located on the private terrace of the gîte (garden furniture, dining table, view of the swimming pool). Deckchairs, second garden furniture, summer kitchen located near the outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September, accessible in the afternoon (1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.).
Private parking from the rear of the house, access to the terrace level by a staircase. Proximity to the ground floor with parking area for owners and other accommodation.
Lake Annecy, beaches, old town and cycle path 8km away. Hikes in Parmelan (parking 8km away) and the Bornes massif, Col de la Forclaz. Le Semnoz (26km) and Glières plateau (25km) in summer and winter (hiking, skiing).
