In the gîte: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (TV, rapido type convertible sofa offering a comfortable 140x190cm extra bed), bedroom (1 140x190cm bed) giving access to the bathroom (shower and toilet) .
Sheets and towels are included (bed made on arrival). Parking in the courtyard, in front of the gîte. Floor heating.
Wifi internet.
Grassed terrace area on the side of the gîte (table and chairs, deckchairs).
The owners, farmers, will be delighted to show you their activity (active dairy cow farm 30 meters away).
The owners' direct sales store is also located 30 meters from the gîte: local and farm products (cheese, butter, yogurt, sausages, etc.).
Saint-Gervais village center 2.5km (5 minutes by car): restaurants, shops, swimming pool, ice rink...
Bettex cable car in Saint-Gervais 2.5 km away (linked Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area). Ski-bus shuttle stop on site below the gîte (free shuttle, operating during tourist season only).
Les Contamines-Montjoie village resort 15 minutes by car.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 7km. Mont-Blanc Tramway 3.5km: rack train giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous all-season hikes).
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car, Annecy and Geneva approximately 1 hour. Departmental road below the gîte.
