Arrival the evening before. Dinner and overnight stay at the refuge-gîte in order to be on site the following morning. Return on Saturday 7 morning, unless you have special obligations.

A stay accessible to all in a natural, peaceful and caring setting. In the heart of nature, you'll be guided by a professional (yoga teacher and sophrologist) through a range of techniques and mindfulness practices.
