Quartet 441 is a string quartet founded in Paris in 2008 by musicians keen to discover the great chamber music repertoire.
Its current members are Juliette Carradec and Ruth Nelson on violin, Jérôme Eskenazi on viola and Nicolas Boucher on cello. These four musicians began studying their instruments at a very early age and have never stopped playing in various ensembles. They are particularly fond of the Romantic period (Beethoven, Dvorak, Borodin, Schubert) and also enjoy playing arrangements of film music and songs.
For the summer 2024 concerts, they have invited pianist Dom Paulin to discover music written for piano and string quartet.
