La Flémingîte

In the heart of Haute-Savoie: large guest house located in a quiet and preserved area, at the end of a small private cul-de-sac.
The house, which overlooks the Arve valley, is surrounded by large natural spaces (land, forest).
The 4 bedrooms are located in a private part of the owners' house, which is entirely dedicated to guests.
The accommodation has 3 guest rooms for 2 people on the 1st floor, and a large family room for 2 to 4 people on the 2nd.
In each room: TV, wifi internet connection, mountain view, private bathroom with shower and toilet, toiletry kit, and courtesy tray.
Sheets and towels are included. A hearty breakfast, prepared with fresh produce, is included in the price of the night.
Shared on the ground floor: fully equipped fitted kitchen (free access), large table for meals and breakfast, and lounge area with TV and sofa.
Breakfast (included in the price) is served in this common room.
Large shared terrace, pétanque court, and heated outdoor swimming pool open from April to the end of October (heated to 28°C, size 8mx4m).
Large parking lot on the property. Possibility of renting all the rooms, and privatizing the structure in a gîte formula (on request).
All local shops and services 1.5km away (center of Scionzier). Supermarket 2km away.
Grand Massif ski area 25 minutes by car (Les Carroz 18km, Morillon 19km). Romme-Sur-Cluses Nordic ski area (+ beginner alpine area) 11km away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the Bargy sector, Aravis or at the Plateau de Solaison (25 minutes).
Geneva 40 minutes by car, Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 45 minutes, Lake Geneva, Yvoire and beaches around 50 minutes.
