The Bérard waterfall site lies around 600 m west of the hamlet of Le Buet in Vallorcine, at an average altitude of 1,400 m.

The route consists of a series of Tibetan bridges, a wooden footbridge, a beam, monkey bridges, interspersed with climbs on rungs, crossings on handrails and pedals, until you come out on the right bank of the waterfall.

After the wooden footbridge on the right bank, there's an escape route that takes you back to the access route.

After this sporting adventure, don't forget to cross the footbridge to the refreshment area for a drink or a bite to eat, and discover the cultural side of the site by visiting the Grotte à Farinet.

INDIVIDUAL BELAY :
By clipping on to the lifeline (cable running the length of the via ferrata) using special lanyards fitted with shock absorbers.
Always keep a carabiner on the lanyard when passing through splits.

Children under 40 kg must be supervised, and the rope must pass through the belay pins.

The unsupervised user is solely responsible for his or her own safety, and for recognizing the conditions that will enable him or her to take part in the course. In case of doubt or lack of knowledge, the user should seek professional advice to ensure his or her own safety.
