Closed garage for 5 vehicles, exterior elevator between garage and chalet. On the ground floor, a large living room with fireplace, lounge and dining room, an open fully-equipped kitchen with a larder. At sunset, the 5 x 10-metre swimming pool is heated to 27℃, the 5-seat sauna and the 7-seat outdoor hot tub are heated to 37℃.
Vast south-facing terrace where you can dine in even in winter when the weather's nice, an outdoor smoking lounge and a barbecue.
On the first floor, 4 master bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet.
The chalet is particularly bright and tastefully decorated.
On the second floor, 2 bedrooms one with two single beds and one with a double, a child's area with 5 single beds and a large covered terrace outside under the traditional roof. One bathroom with toilet.
A wrought iron staircase and library completes this exceptional chalet.
In the basement a games room with table football and darts.

This large chalet has been specially built for holidays with friends or family. At the foot of the chalet, ski-trekking, snowshoeing, and 20 minutes by car the premiere ski lifts of La Plagne, a place called La Roche.
At La Roche, a large free car park, ski equipment rental with a storage room for skis and boots during your stay, and a quality restaurant accessible by car and on skis.
