Local artist Kimberly Francis has been drawing professionally for over 15 years. FrancisArt was set up in 2018 and she is currently residing in Saint Jean d'Aulps where she creates highly detailed pieces of art, some of which you may spot in establishments a round the Portes du Soleil!
lnspired by her surroundings, using her favourite medium, pencil, Kimberly loves bringing a little cheekiness into her animal portraits and enjoys challenging herself drawing anything from mountainscapes, portraits, architecture and everything in between.
Originals are available for purchase as well as high quality prints, and a range of fun greetings cards and Christmas cards. If you're looking for something extra special, for yourself or a gift for a loved one, a forever memory, Kimberly is also available for commissions.
Working from your photos, or your imagination, a one off piece of art will be produced that will be treasured a life time.
She loves seeing each piece come to life in front of her, but nothing is better than handing over a finished commission to see the smile and amazement on a clients face.
As well as drawing, Kimberly loves to share her passion and knowledge with you. Learn techniques and how to draw the human figure in local life drawing classes for adults. Private art lessons for ages 10+ are also available. You will be taught in depth techniques on how to draw and each lesson is tailored to suit your artistic interests. And for your younger children, arts and crafts sessions are regularly available for ages 2-5 and 6-9.

FrancisArt has recently launched 'Arty Parties' and offers a range of packages to suit different age groups.
Fun and creative arts and crafts and paint parties for 2-18 year olds, and for the over 18s, Pour and Draw Life Drawing parties are a great idea for a fun night in with a difference. If you enjoy wine and being creative, then this is a perfect combination ! These parties are held in the comfort of your own home/chalet, there is also a possibility of hiring a venue in Saint Jean d'Aulps.
