Genepis tasting

For those unfamiliar with genepi:

Genepi is a mountain plant belonging to the genus Artemisia. It is used to make an aromatic liqueur popular in Alpine regions, particularly in France and Italy. Mountain dwellers harvest the flowering parts of the plant to create an alcoholic infusion known as génépi liqueur. This liqueur has a distinctive taste and is often consumed as a digestive. However, the harvesting and use of genepi may be regulated due to the protection of certain Artemisia species.
