Guided tour every morning except Saturday and Sunday.
The production rooms have windows and allow you to see the cheesemakers at work and the maturing cellars where the cheeses are salted, rubbed and turned over 2 to 3 times a week.
Film on the valley's mountain pastures and an explanation of how Beaufort cheese is made.
(Important: Depending on the number of visitors, a waiting time of 30 minutes to 1 hour or more may be necessary between groups.)
