If you're looking for characterful accommodation in a traditional Savoyard hamlet, our chalet will win you over with its warm, authentic atmosphere.

The hamlet of Hauteville, inhabited year-round by around ten people, is 2.5 km from the village of Les Allues, where you'll find a mini-market and restaurants. Access to the Méribel and Trois Vallées slopes from Les Allues is by either the Olympe gondola or the free shuttle bus, which takes you directly from Les Allues to the center of Méribel.

A parking lot at the entrance to the village offers free parking in summer and winter. Our chalet is about 150 meters from the parking lot, and access is exclusively on foot. The hamlet of Hauteville is pedestrianized, which guarantees peace and quiet; it's not unusual to see a deer or a fox venturing in. In winter, after every snowfall, the snowplough passes through to the parking lot at the entrance to the hamlet. The alleyways and access to the chalet are maintained by the locals.

This 72 m2 chalet boasts a living room with a sitting area and dining area on either side of a wood-burning stove, giving a mountain atmosphere to your evenings.

Kitchen equipped with a large oak family table for convivial meals, dishwasher, gas range cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, appliances such as coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, raclette and fondue equipment, kettle, crepe maker.

In the living room, 2 benches create a relaxing space where you can also watch TV via Chromecast TV.

Upstairs, accessed via a wooden staircase:
- 1 bedroom of 10.90 m2 with a double bed (140 cm) and duvet
- 1 bedroom of 12.20 m2 with two single beds (80 cm) with duvet
- shower room with 2 basins and shower cubicle
- separate toilet

The large terrace (approx. 30 m2) offers plenty of sunshine and a panoramic view of the valley, particularly the hamlets of Les Allues and Le Villard.
