Members of Consort Hexacorde perform, among other works, "La Réveuse" and "L'Arabesque" by Marin Marais, and "Le retour" by M. de Sainte-Colombe.
For an hour, plunge into the sonic universe of the viola da gamba, an instrument that had disappeared from the musical scene throughout the 19th century and was brought back into the limelight in the second half of the 20th, thanks in part to Alain Corneau's film "Tous les matins du monde", starring the unforgettable Jean-Pierre Marielle as M. de Sainte-Colombe and Guillaume Depardieu as a young Marin Marais.
