Whether for pleasure or work, classic sailboats are the stuff of dreams, then and now. But what is a classic boat? A beautiful sculpture on which polished metal competes with varnished wood for the summer sun's glare? Perhaps, but not only!
These legendary boats - which are sometimes part of history, the "big one" - also have their own little stories to tell those who are able to listen. Stories of hours spent drawing plans, of wood worked with passion, of regattas won or lost, of miraculous catches or simply of good times spent on board.
The members of the Cercle Nautique de Sciez invite you to come and meet them, because between lovers of fine yachting, much more than a regatta, it's a meeting.
