My hives are located exclusively in the communes of Reyvroz, Maxilly, Féternes and Le Lyaud, where I practice sedentary beekeeping.
My bees are local, known as "black bees" because of their dominant color, and are resistant to the rigorous conditions of the mountain climate. They produce a honey with character at low altitudes, where chestnut and lime trees are very present, and a gentle honey at higher altitudes, which offer more varied nectars.
As the season is short in the mountains, I only harvest once a year, at the end of July and beginning of August, allowing the bees to blend all the nectars from the year's flower and tree honeys into the honey you'll enjoy.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Geneva in the Chablais region, in the shadow of the Pre-Alps, my beekeeping operation offers all-flower mountain honey.
