Refuge de la Femma

Located in the flower-filled La Rocheure valley, this Vanoise National Park refuge is a paradise for marmots and cows. Easy to reach in summer, it is the starting point for ski tours in spring. Dogs are forbidden in the heart of the Park.

Bivouac: capacity for 15 people (7 tents).

In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, bivouacs are only authorized during the summer months on dedicated sites in the immediate vicinity of the refuge, during the guarding period. We advise you to book your pitch in advance with the refuge.

Outside the guarding period, the refuge is open and provides sleeping quarters, blankets, heating, cooking facilities and crockery.

    Termignon 73500 Val-Cenis

    - Nearest village: Termignon-la-Vanoise.
    - By foot: from the Bellecombe car park, about 3 hours on foot.
    In July and August: shuttle bus service to Plume Fine (refuge about 1? hours' walk away).
    - You can also get there by mountain bike, on horseback, with a donkey, on snowshoes or on cross-country skis.
    - Access in winter by ski lift from Val d'Isère, then with sealskins.
    - Coach parking at the Bellecombe car park.
