Production of Beaufort AOP and Sérac cheeses, butter and goat's cheeses.
Visits possible June 20 to September 20 approximately, according to availability of cowherds and cheese makers.
Guided tours in July and August of the herds and the manufacture of the Beaufort cheese, on Thursdays from 2 - 5pm, reservation obligatory.
Tours possible on other days for groups, on reservation.
