The chalet can accommodate up to 15 people maximum (ideal for 12 adults maximum + children for better comfort).
1st floor of the chalet: magnificent living room with integrated kitchen (large central island, wine cellar, etc.) open to the dining room and the living room (electric fireplace, 140cm tv), access to the terrace and the garden with the Spa. Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, bathroom with walk-in shower). independent toilet.
On the 2nd floor of the chalet, 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (walk-in shower, wc): bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), family bedroom 4 with 2 separate sleeping areas (1 160x200cm bed and 2 90x190cm beds), bedroom 5 also with 2 separate sleeping areas (2 twin 90x200cm beds and 2 90x190cm beds).
In rooms with 90x200cm beds, these can be twinned to create 1 double bed 180x200cm.
Ground floor / basement: sauna area + shower + fitness area (sports equipment, sofa, television, table football). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ski / bike area (winter entrance) with boot and glove dryers, ski rack.
Bed linen/sheets and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning included (optional: possibility of cleaning during the stay).
Covered terrace with a private spa, garden furniture, deckchairs. Garden, balconies. Private parking spaces in front of the chalet.
Resort center, shops 700m. Skiing (Portes du Soleil area): Super Chatel 1.2km, Le Linga 2.5km, shuttle stop 100m from the chalet. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) 38km. Access to Switzerland via the Col de Morgins (border 4km away).
