Chalet du Coeur - Krikorian S & R

We chose the "Chalet du Coeur" as a place to recharge our batteries. We feel at home here, in harmony with nature, and would like to share it with you.
It's a detached chalet on 3 levels, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aravis mountain range and the Aiguilles de Varens. It's a 15-minute walk to the essential shops of the town center.
6 rooms, sleeps 11, with stone, parquet and tiled floors.
On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance hall, closed garage, boiler room and laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is sheltered parking for 2 cars.
On the 1st floor, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry to develop your cooking skills (5-burner piano with large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opens onto a living room, a sitting room with pellet stove and a semi-covered terrace with views of Mont Blanc. The study, with a 140x200 sofa-bed, has a view of the Aiguilles de Varens. There's a separate hand-washing WC.
On the 2nd floor, the bedrooms with balconies are equipped with adjustable beds:
- bedroom 1 with Mont Blanc view (1 bed 80x200 on mezzanine and 1 bed 160x200 separable into 2 beds 80x200 ),
- room 2 with Mont Blanc view (1 bed 160x200 on mezzanine and 1 bed 160x200 separable into 2 beds 80x200) ,
- bedroom 3 with view of forest, torrent and Aravis mountain range (1 bed 160x200 separable into 2 beds 80x200 ).
The 2 bathrooms, one of which has a WC, are each equipped with a walk-in shower.
Baby equipment available on request. Pets not accepted. No smoking allowed.
Linen and sheets provided. Beds made up on request, cleaning included.
