On a 3000m² plot with 3 independent cottages, including that of the (discreet) owners. They will be there to welcome and inform you. It has 3 bedrooms, Italian-style shower, bath, washbasin, 2 WCs, and is fully equipped to accommodate parents, children and babies, couples, lovers, disabled persons or companies on business trips.
WIFI access, household linen.
Baby equipment provided.
Pets welcome.
Close to all amenities, this chalet is conveniently located (17km from Thonon and Evian and 20km from the Franco/Swiss border).
River fishing and hiking trails 300 m away.
Unobstructed view of the U.N.E.S.C.O. Geopark mountain range and water sports on Lake Geneva (Thonon Blue Flag beach).

Payment: 25% deposit on reservation and 75% on arrival.
