Chalet Les Roches Blanches - for 12 people

The chalet is at the foot of the slopes of the Paradiski area (Les Arcs + La Plagne = world's 3rd largest ski area) with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The chalet is ski-in, ski- out.

The chalet is just across from the slopes (Petit Sauget drag lift) and the Piou-Piou kids' club, and next to Lac Noir gondola (for access to the La Plagne ski area) and Télébufette gondola (a free lift that runs to the resort centre until 5.30 pm).

The exceptional location of the chalet means that you can park your car on arrival (private parking at the foot of the chalet) and leave it until the end of your holiday. You can go shopping on foot (6min) or take the Télébufette gondola (200m from the chalet).

Access to the resort of Les Arcs on the Vanoise Express cable car (by taking Plan Bois chairlift located 200m from the chalet).

"Les Roches Blanches" chalet in the commune of LA PLAGNE TARENTAISE, LES COCHES (73210 Montchavin- Les Coches) is located in the HAMEAU DES CHAMOIS which consists of 8 new high-end chalets completed at the end of 2019 and 2020.

The 165m² chalet has 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, 4 WC.

(There is also the possibility of renting a 1 bedroom apartment sleeping 2/4 people located under the chalet: see ref. AB 1973758).

On the ground floor, you have a large living room: living room and kitchen with a splendid view of the valley and Mont Blanc, a large balcony overlooking the valley and the slopes and a terrace. Finally, there is a cloakroom where you can store and dry your ski clothing and equipment when you come back from skiing.

On the level +1, there are two bedrooms (with TV) and two shower/bathrooms with toilet.

On level -1, there are three bedrooms (with TV), three shower rooms and 2 toilets.

The living area includes a beautiful kitchen (designed by a kitchen designer with a natural stone worktop) that is very well equipped around a large central island with 6 stools. It has a large American-style fridge / freezer, a traditional electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Krups filter coffee maker, a Smeg kettle, toaster and orange squeezer, 2 Moulinex raclette machines, 2 Tefal fondue sets, a large Lagrange electric multi-crêpe machine, a Bosch food processor, a casserole dish, a kitchen island with a large induction hob and all the necessary kitchen equipment.

The living room has a large corner sofa and the dining room has a large table and 12 chairs, a TV, a wood stove (we provide the wood) and a Marshall speaker.

Very comfortable, cosy chalet with underfloor heating in the upstairs bedrooms and in the living area.

2200W hair dryers in all bath/shower rooms.

Washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

Private ski room with boot dryer adjoining the chalet.

Possibility of adding a cleaning service during your stay on request.

We have a second identical chalet for rent next door, as well as a 4 person apartment if the group is too large for one chalet.

The little extras:

- Fresh bread and pastries can be delivered in the morning (service provided by someone we trust who will give you the information on your arrival).

- We can give you contact details for the owners of the neighbouring chalets if your week is unavailable in our chalet or if you want to book for a large group and rent an additional chalet (subject to availability).

- The bedding is new and good quality, the duvets and pillows are new (soft pillow or "memory foam" as you prefer), high quality hotel mattresses that are good for your back.

- Sheets, towels and cleaning are included (sheets are not included in summer, please request them). Beds are made up on arrival.

- If there are more than 12 of you, you can also rent the 1 bedroom apartment under the chalet that sleeps 4 people (30m2) with a living room (very comfortable sofa bed with wooden slats and a thick mattress), a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a small shower room with WC.

Floor -1:
- Room 1: 1 single bed + bunk beds 90X190 and a dedicated shower room
- Room 2: 1 double bed 160X200 and its shower room with WC
- Room 3: 1 double bed 160X200 and its shower room
- Separate toilet

Floor +1:
- Room 4: 1 double bed 160 x 200 and ensuite bathroom with toilet
- Room 5: 3 single beds 90 X 200 (2 single beds can be put together to make a very large double bed 180x200) and ensuite shower room with toilet.

No alcoholic parties allowed, NO drinking party

Nearby: aquatic complex (Montchavin), cinema, skating rink and many other activities to enjoy besides skiing in winter and summer.
