La Grange

At the end of Lake Annecy and near the Entrevernes mountain, 45m² gîte in a completely renovated country house which includes the owners' accommodation upstairs and a second adjoining gîte on the ground floor as well as a shared laundry room with the second gîte. Level access from the parking lot. Entrance through the living room (140x190 cm convertible sofa, wall-mounted TV) and the integrated kitchen (table for 4 people). Corridor leading to the bathroom including shower and WC, then to the bedroom (160x200 cm bed, access to the garden, bathroom with bathtub and double sink, dressing room).
Private outdoor terrace facing north with plot of land including a small swimming pool in front of the gîte. Outdoor SPA on the courtyard side (accessible from June to September).
Bed and bathroom linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning possible as an option. Animal accepted outside category 1-2. Wellness area on the first floor of the house: indoor SPA accessible from October to May, treatments/massages (price on request).
Lake and lakeside restaurants 2 km away, Doussard beach 2.5 km away. Greenway access around the lake 1.6 km away. Bout du lac nature reserve 6 km away. From the gîte, hikes in the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Lathuile Center 650 m, shops in Doussard 2 km. Ski: Aravis resorts 37 km (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La Croix Fry Merdassier), Golf (Giez) 8 km. Doussard paragliding site 2 km away, La Forclaz 16 km away. Annecy 18 km (boat possible at the port of Doussard).
