In an old traditional farmhouse completely restored, at an altitude of 1480m, apartment of 135m² (+ mezzanine) on the 1st floor. Magnificent environment, mountain view (access only authorized vehicles).
On the ground floor of the chalet: owners' restaurant - bar (L'Ancoly) open only during the day; catering for lunch + in July / August on Friday and Saturday evening (no bar activity in the evening).
Independent entrance. Living room with fitted kitchen open to living room - dining room (central island, wine cellar, American fridge, corner sofa, 145cm TV ...).
4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (shower): bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200cm), bedrooms 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 4 (2 beds 140x200cm).
2 independent toilets. Play area for children in the mezzanine with sloping ceilings (maximum height 1.80m) with ottomans, television, games.
