50 instructors (male and female) offer private and group downhill ski lessons.
Children can discover the first joys of sliding on snow with 2 snow gardens (from age 3 1/2) and two baby carpes for younger children (available for use in lessons only). For higher levels, competition and performance test lessons are available.

From group to private lessons, you can choose from a wide range of services aimed at teaching you to ski with confidence. Advice from our instructors will enable you to measure your progress. The ESF offices are located in the centre of the village and at Mont Rond.

Reception
The ESF offers tandem-skiing for heavily disabled people, so they can enjoy sliding sports in complete safety on the majority of slopes.
Dualski is also available for semi-paraplegic people. It allows them to make turns with the top of the body.
Instructors have been specifically trained for these clients.
