You can go freely up to the 1st floor where an imposing painting of the clusian painter Claude Hugard (1816-1885) is exhibited. It represents the fire of Cluses which destroyed the city in 1844.
At the same floor, an electric clock made in 1911 by the students of the National School of Clockmaking in Cluses is also showed.
