Saint-Roch's Chapel

Built in 1634, after the great plague of 1630, which killed 136 out of the 550 inhabitants, Saint Roch's chapel houses objects of worship and statuary elements (16th and 17th century), as well as objects from Gallo-Roman tombs .

It now houses the Espace Culturel Saint Roch, the starting point of the "Paths of History", a route to discover the chapels of Lanslevillard, and offers a permanent exhibition on the life of the mountain people in the 17th century and an exhibition on rock art in Haute Maurienne Vanoise.
