An ideal destination for family outings in the fresh air.
Access by car, coach and accompanied disabled persons.
Thanks to the tenacity and hard work of the "Moulins et Patrimoine de Saint-André" association, five horizontal-wheel watermills have been restored to their original condition, and three are now in working order.
In the hamlet of Pralognan, two are open to visitors: one makes flour on a regular basis, while the other has been converted into an eco-museum featuring milling items and objects. Both are equipped with a single set of millstones and a horizontal larch turbine. Wheat is still ground as it was in the past.
