Between forest and built heritage, discover the listed village of La Croix. This year-round hamlet is considered the most typical in the valley. Take a stroll through the narrow streets to discover the "Cabane de la Goûte", the chapel and other village buildings. Take the opportunity to observe the heritage of Savoyard architecture, in particular the tavaillon roofs of the houses. A great itinerary for a half-day family outing!

1. At Le Plan, from Rue de l'Arbellaz, locate the forest track where the
to La Montagne (path no. 70).
2. This trail passes through the Rossa forest. Be careful and discrete, as this forest

3. Leave the forest track at the first fork in the road on the right and
down the Corniche path to the village of La Croix
(trail no. 74).
4. On the way back, take the La Croix village road to the sawmill
and cross the bridge to return to the village center via the hamlets of
des Granges and des Darbelays.
