During your Sophro Balade, you'll practice breathing exercises and dynamic relaxation. This experience will bring you relaxation and serenity. At the end of the walk, a visualization exercise will reinforce the benefits of your Sophro Balade. You'll leave this interlude with new resources for the rest of your day. Discover or re-discover the practice of sophrology exercises combined with the benefits of a walk and our beautiful Lake Geneva landscapes.
Accessible to all, the walk takes place on the landscaped promenade of the Grande Rive beaches.
Other time slots are available on request, and it's also possible to privatize a stroll.
