This day includes:
- a brunch in the morning upon your arrival and lunch and dinner meals (starter/main course/dessert/coffee),
- Supervision: two Ice Switch mental trainers and a world-class safety freediver,
- Mental preparation and specific breathing sessions before and after immersion,
- Three freediving sessions under ice during the day (with and without wetsuit),
- Freediving equipment provided by the organizer (wetsuit, slippers, neoprene gloves, mask, swimming cap, weight belt, yoga mat),
- An individual mental preparation interview of 40 minutes via video before the event,
- After the effort, comfort: access to the SPA Sauna Cosmic, hot Nordic bath,
- Photos and videos to remember the day,
- Insurance, emergency equipment related to apnea.

Freediving under ice in a swimsuit, impossible?
You will do a free dive between 5 and 20 meters without a wetsuit under the ice, this experience is an excuse to get to know yourself better! There will be a before and after immersion!
